**Night Shift Signal Maintenance Technician (SMT)**:

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Signal Supervisor, you will provide reactive and preventative maintenance of signalling equipment and systems.
This position is a 7 on 7 off, night shift roster.
Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the maintenance and installation of work on signalling and communications equipment.
- Assist with the allocated routine maintenance tasks to accord with the technical maintenance plan and servicing schedules and enter task-completing reports to the maintenance management system.
- Assist with the use of service schedules and maintenance instructions to guide reactive and preventative activities.
**A little about you**:
In addition to this you will have:
- A Certificate III - Electrotechnology.
- Certificate IV in Rail Signalling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Meet V/Line's Rail Industry Worker safety benchmarks.
- Current full Driver's License.

Remuneration for this position will be in line with the V/Line Rail Asset Management Enterprise Agreement 2023.
