Job Opportunity: Community Services Executive Director
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to oversee the delivery of our Health Programs, including Aged Care, Disability Services, Health Promotion and Community based Access & Engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee service delivery across our geographic service area.
* Ensure programs meet performance indicators, reporting requirements, and best practice standards.
* Drive strategic planning, implementation and evaluation as part of the Senior Management Team.
* Collaborate with the Board and Senior Leadership Team to shape the future of community services.
* Foster partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
* Advocate for culturally appropriate service delivery.
* Manage budgets and coordinate periodic contractual reporting requirements of organisational funding bodies.
* Lead and mentor Managers within the Community Services group.
About You
We are looking for an individual with proven leadership experience in the Community Services sector (Aged Care and/or Disability Services). You will have a strong understanding of governance and compliance requirements, and be able to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex service delivery. You will also have experience working collaboratively with senior leadership and governance bodies.
