As a leading provider of finance solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper/Finance Officer to work on an ongoing temporary assignment, with the possibility of going permanent.
Due to an increase in workload, this role offers an exciting chance to work closely with a successful and experienced finance team.
The ideal candidate will report directly to the Finance Manager and be responsible for:
* Assisting with payroll processing - up to 300 casual staff and 50 salaried staff.
* Receiving and processing incoming invoices from supplier purchases.
* Reconciling supplier and bank statements.
* Performing ad hoc administration duties as required, such as data entry.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, preferably with end-to-end payroll exposure.
- Proficiency in using Greentree will be highly valued (not essential).
- Ability to work independently, but also effectively within a team.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines.
