Accountancy Associate Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced accounts and payroll professional to join our team.


About the Role

* The AP & Accounts Support Officer plays a key supporting role within the finance team, assisting the Senior Accountant with daily, weekly, and monthly financial tasks.
* This position is responsible for aiding in the preparation of project financial reports, ensuring accurate cost tracking and reporting.


Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with subcontract progress claims, payments, variations, and other financial claims while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
* Contributing to payroll processing, purchasing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
* General administrative tasks and project support, including client billing sheets and payroll timesheet management.


Requirements

* Advanced MS, Pivot Tables and Excel skills.
* Accuracy of data entry and attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Confidence in communicating with internal & external staff within a team environment.
