The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and adaptable Project Manager to join our Group Support Services team, based in Eagle Farm, Brisbane. As part of our small and collaborative Project Management Office (PMO), this hands-on role offers the chance to deliver a diverse range of projects across strategic initiatives, capital works, ICT, and People & Development. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy the variety and scope of responsibilities this position provides.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Manage and deliver multiple concurrent projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope and budget.
* Build and maintain project schedules, reporting dashboards, and governance documentation.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
* Manage project risks, issues, and change control processes.
* Coordinate external suppliers and internal resources as required.
* Support PMO operations and contribute to continuous improvement in project management practices.
What experience you'll bring:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within manufacturing or an industrial environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Project for scheduling and planning.
* Experience with Power BI for project reporting and data visualisation (highly desirable).
* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and influence at all levels.
* Flexible and hands-on, ready to support a variety of tasks within a small, agile team.
