About the Role
This is a leadership role where you will manage a portfolio of clients while working closely with a high-performing team to deliver tailored Tax and Business Advisory services.
You will play a hands-on role in client engagement, technical delivery, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of SME and private clients
* Review tax compliance (companies, trusts, individuals)
* Deliver advisory services
* Business strategy and growth planning
* Lead, mentor, and review work of junior team members
* Identify opportunities to expand client relationships
* Contribute to practice growth and business development
About You
* CA or CPA qualified
* 5–8+ years’ experience in public practice (business services/tax)
* Strong technical tax knowledge across Australian tax legislation
* Proven experience managing clients and reviewing work
* Commercial mindset and ability to provide practical advice
* Strong communication and leadership skills
