The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, be highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure seamless service delivery. A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is essential, along with a minimum of three months' experience in residential aged care, home care, or disability services. Flexibility and reliability are crucial to meet the demands of this role, which includes working varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
In addition to your technical skills, you must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues. Your ability to maintain confidentiality, respect residents' rights, and adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations is paramount.
