About the role
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable functions across multiple entities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Support all Accounts Payable functions across O'Neill & Brown Group of Companies
· Primary contact for all Accounts Payable queries
· Process and manage end-to-end processing of Purchase Orders, Invoices, Accounts Payable, Credit Card Reconciliations
· Monitor payment due dates to ensure timely processing
· Execute weekly/fortnightly/monthly payments with attention to detail
· Maintain supplier relationship management and completion of credit applications
· Ad-hoc administration as required
Skills and Experience:
· Competent user of office software applications
· Minimum 3 years' experience in the provision of Accounts Payable and general administrative services.
· Cert III or similar – Administration or Accounting and Book-Keeping
· Experience with JobPac software (preferred but not essential)
