Job Title:
Campus Office Administrator
This role is essential to the efficient and effective administration practices and operations of the school.
* Provide administrative support services to the leadership team, teaching and support staff, students, and the broader community.
* Perform clerical duties related to campus management daily routine.
Key Responsibilities:
* Front desk reception and secretarial duties.
* Provision of administrative support to teachers and support staff.
* Teacher relief support including accessing daily covers and providing materials and information.
* Attending to general parent enquiries.
* Attending to general student enquiries - lost property etc.
* Managing student absentee procedures.
* Administration and coordination of request forms including campus visits etc.
* Monitoring and balancing receipt and expenditure of petty cash.
* Processing purchase requests and accounts payable.
* Coordinating appointments.
* Meeting coordination and management including IT support and meeting minutes.
* Managing student enrolment process.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in school administration or customer support/administration role with data entry experience.
* Strong communication skills a positive work and customer-focused attitude strong attention to detail intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
