We are seeking a professional to provide technical support and maintenance services. As a key member of our team, you will interact with clients and other stakeholders to deliver technology-based solutions.
About The Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting data analytic platforms within agreed service levels. This will involve remote assistance over the phone and ad-hoc onsite visits when required, as well as participating in an on-call roster for after-hours support.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and maintenance services within agreed service levels.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
* Use tools and processes to deliver services to customers, ensuring their service level agreements are met.
* Proactively manage customer infrastructure and drive service process improvement.
Requirements
* At least 3 years' experience in system administration with Linux infrastructure and cloud computing.
* Experience across Linux operating systems.
* Experience supporting statistical analysis system (SAS) software.
* Database skills.
* Networking skills.
* Cloud computing and certification.
* Python/R programming, PowerShell scripting, Bash scripting.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have a strong understanding of technology trends and be able to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
