About the Role
We are seeking a agile and strategic
Field Product Marketing Manager
to drive go-to-market (GTM) activation and field enablement across AI Business Solutions within the SME&C; organization. This role is responsible for translating global strategy into localized execution, empowering sales and partner teams.
The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with analytical and cross-functional leadership skills, enabling seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, operations, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the
activation and localization
of solution plays across regions, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Coach and influence field sales teams, partners, and marketing leads
to execute GTM plans effectively.
Monitor and analyse
business metrics, program performance, and signal conversion
to identify insights and opportunities.
Serve as the
voice of the field
, representing customer and partner feedback in the development of GTM strategies and solution offerings.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to
co-design campaigns and programs
that drive adoption of AI Business Solutions.
Drive
standardized business rhythms, tools, and processes
to enhance sales productivity and optimize investments.
Conduct
commercial evaluations
, manage budgets, and provide recommendations to improve program impact and ROI.
Required Qualifications
5+ years' experience in
business planning, sales enablement, product marketing, business development, or related fields
.
Proven experience in a
large ICT or technology organization
, preferably in a regional or cross-market capacity.
Strong
analytical and commercial skills
, with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management skills
, with experience working across Asia-Pacific.
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related discipline
, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years' experience in
marketing strategy, GTM execution, or sales operations
.
Experience with
AI, cloud, or enterprise technology solutions
.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
