**About the role**
Join our dynamic team as a Lead Educator, where you'll play a key role in guiding children's learning and development through engaging, play-based programs. As a passionate leader, you'll mentor and support your fellow educators, foster a positive learning environment, and build strong relationships with families. Our enquiry-based approach encourages children to ask questions, explore new interests, and develop a love of learning through play-based experiences. This method is instrumental in enhancing problem-solving and communication skills, building confidence, and fostering strong peer relationships as children progress into our Kindergarten program and beyond.

As a Lead Educator, you will:
- **Lead and Mentor**: Guide a team of educators within a room, focusing on individual development and mentoring to ensure the highest standards of care and supervision.

**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID004) Certificate
- Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Prior experience as a Lead Educator is essential.
