Job Overview
The Parts Manager will be responsible for the efficient management of our parts department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and internal service.
This includes stock control, supplier relations, team supervision, and maintaining smooth parts operations across the dealership.

* BUILD strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of parts
* SUPERVISE and train a team of parts staff to achieve exceptional customer service and operational efficiency
* Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions

* Experience: 2+ years in a similar role within the automotive industry
* Leadership skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
* Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
* Customer Service: Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly
