As we continue to expand, we're looking for the right person to take charge and help drive the business forward.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Horticulturist / Team Leader to spearhead our maintenance operations. You'll be the go-to person on the ground, managing jobs, ensuring quality work, and helping the business grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, edging, and lawn care
• Pruning, hedge trimming, and shaping
• Garden clean‐ups, mulching, and general maintenance
• Plant care and basic horticultural advice for clients
• Managing daily schedules and leading small teams
• Ensuring a high standard of work and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Experience in horticulture, landscaping, or garden maintenance
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Leadership skills and ability to manage jobs independently
• Drivers licence (essential)
• Cert III in Horticulture (preferred but not essential)

How to Apply

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
