What We're Looking For – Key Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' hands-on experiencewith CCTV & alarm monitoring system, including actioning, reporting, patrol dispatch
Data entry experiencewith the monitoring system to manage administrative tasks
Good understanding of surveillance and early detection of security risks to action alarms
Manage clear & concise communications dealing with internal/external Clients, including dispatching patrols, contacting site afterhours & Emergency services & managing Control Room phone calls
Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly & effectively to incidents
Log incidents and maintain accurate control room records
Maintain all Security aspects around the Control Room
Current and valid licensesincluding Security Control Room, WWC, Driver License

Proficientcommunication skills, both verbal and written
