As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and exceeding customer expectations. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, managing stock levels, and developing effective sales strategies to meet our business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Main Responsibilities
* Assist the shop manager in daily operations and inventory management
* Sell and promote jewellery products to customers
* Provide exceptional customer service and support colleagues
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in the jewellery retail industry
* Strong selling and interpersonal skills
* Good communication and written skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
