* Full Time Position, 8am-4pm

Resourcing Partner with recruitment experience to join our small team on the Sunshine Coast. Rogers main office is in Perth, Western Australia and this is a new branch of our business on the Sunshine Coast. Previous experience in mining, construction and/or engineering is advantageous but not essential.

At Rogers Resourcing, we work closely with our clients to provide solutions within Resource Planning & Recruitment within Mining, Construction & Engineering. We are not a traditional Recruitment agency but offer a retainer model to provide an all-rounded service to our clients with a focus on building relationships with our client's teams to avoid isolated recruitment solutions. As part of our service, our approach allows us to consult on operational, organisational development and strategic resource planning to align recruitment solutions with the overall client's business objectives, which in turns supports retention, new and existing employees.

About You

Our Resourcing Partners embrace our relationship driven recruitment model in order to deliver 360 recruitment and onboarding support to clients and Rogers teams.


Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver full 360-degree recruitment service including candidates sourcing and screening, client management, negotiating offers, onboarding and post placement care
* 360 Recruitment - assisting candidates with recruitment phone queries, conducting video and in person interviews, reference checks, negotiating offers
* Book interviews in person and via video
* Recruitment system administration, updating candidates notes as required
* Sending our nurture emails to relevant candidates in talent pools
* Onboarding - from negotiating offers, booking medicals to post start check ins with candidates
* Contact successful candidates with next steps
* Requesting, managing all necessary tickets and paperwork
* Liaising with client staff to ensure the new candidate has an organised and strong start to employment
* Organising and reviewing National Police Clearances
* Tracking progress of onboarding candidates
* Liaising with site administrators, ensuring mine site specific requirements and inductions are completed for candidates starting work on site.
* Post start check ins with new employees prior to start date and one week after their start date
* Willingness to assist team members and support the team during peak periods to get the task over the line
* At times our resourcing partners, may need to work out of hours in order to assist FIFO candidates and clients.

Essential Requirements:

* Previous Recruitment and Administration Experience
* Interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to manage own workload and prioritise
* Autonomous, team player and calm under pressure
* Previous experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR, site administration or mobilisation is highly regarded but not essential
* Ability to problem solve and make phone calls as required to ensure communication is clear and any issues actual or foreseen are resolved promptly
* Organised and proactive approach with ability to prioritise against deadlines
* Experience - Microsoft Outlook, Excel
* When candidates are starting employment on the weekend or Monday on a mine site or other location, a willingness to take the phone home or monitor emails is important some weekends. This is managed between the team, so no team member is on call every weekend.
* The recruitment process will include a national police clearance.
