Clough, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering the Project CERES urea plant in Karratha, Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world. It is expected to generate 2,000 construction jobs and deliver sustained community benefits.
We are currently searching for a Site Administrator to join our site‐based team on Project Ceres. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, logistical and coordination support to site operations.
Responsibilities
* Control the distribution and filing of project documentation in accordance with company and project document control standards.
* Support preparation of site correspondence, minutes of meetings, weekly reports, and status updates.
* Maintain updated registers (e.g., manpower, equipment, materials, inductions).
* Facilitate onboarding, site access, and induction processes for employees and subcontractors.
* Support logistics for personnel movements, accommodations, transportation, meals, and welfare services.
* Coordinate delivery documentation for materials and equipment, ensuring accurate records and timely updates to procurement or warehouse teams.
* Act as a central point of contact for internal site communication and administrative coordination.
* Liaise with head‐office functions (HR, Finance, Procurement, HSE, QA/QC) to support site needs.
* Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange site events or training sessions.
Key Requirements
* Ability to work a 19:9 rotation to site.
* Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
* Previous experience in a Site Administration role highly desirable.
* Systems experience in SAP/Synchro/INX highly regarded.
