Our Head Office in Sumner, Brisbane supports a national network of franchisees along with a blend of in-house and outsourced Finance, Admin, and HR teams. We are now seeking a reliable, detail-focused Accounts & Administration Support Officer to join our in-house accounts team.
This role directly supports our Accounts & Administration Manager and works closely with our offshore finance partners to keep the national business running smoothly.
The Role
This is a hands-on support role ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and being part of a small but high-performing head office team. You’ll assist with the day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks that ensure our operations remain consistent, compliant, and well-organised.
This is office-based only at our Sumner location.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Support (Xero + Internal Systems)
* Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing in Xero
* Help prepare and check invoices, receipts, statements, and daily reconciliations
* Support franchise disbursement builds, data entry, and report preparation
* Liaise with our outsourced finance team to clarify tasks, correct data, and ensure on-time reporting
Administration & Operational Support
* General administrative assistance for the Accounts & Administration Manager
* Maintain accurate filing, records, registries, and documentation
* Support data entry related to franchise onboarding, compliance, and contract records
* Coordinate document updates, version control, and system housekeeping
* Assist with preparation of weekly and monthly business reports
Systems & Process Support
* Follow established SOPs to maintain accuracy across accounting and admin tasks
* Help uphold our ISO-aligned Integrated Management System (training provided)
* Ensure documents, registers, and communications are consistently updated and accurate
