Office Administrator & Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator & Bookkeeper to manage the day-to‑day administrative and financial operations of the business. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong bookkeeping expertise, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, accurate financial management, and compliance with company procedures, including ISO requirements.


Key Responsibilities


Bookkeeping & Finance

* Manage all daily bookkeeping and accounting activities in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
* Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Superannuation, and assist with BAS preparation.
* Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
* Carry out bank reconciliations, transaction reviews, and data entry with a high level of precision.
* Support the team with financial reporting and periodic analysis.


Office Administration

* Oversee general office operations to ensure a smooth, well‑coordinated work environment.
* Manage office supplies, equipment, systems, and day‑to‑day administrative workflows.
* Maintain internal documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures and deadlines.
* Assist with ISO compliance tasks and ensure all required records are maintained.
* Provide administrative support to team members as required.


About You

* 6+ years' experience in bookkeeping, office management, or similar roles.
* Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, and a proactive approach.
* High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of working both independently and within a small team.
* Strong, verifiable professional references are essential.
