As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will: * Oversee daily warehouse operations including goods receiving, order despatch, stock picking/packing, and deliveries. * Maintain accurate inventory records using Oracle and support weekly stocktakes. * Supervise and support warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team culture. * Ensure high-level customer service to meet the needs of our health and non-health service partners. * Work with IT system support teams to resolve technical issues and provide backup assistance to the Purchasing Officer as required. Position overview * Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time Position (80 hours per fortnight) with a monthly accrued day off * Location: Regional Logistics Distribution Centre, Warrnambool * Classification: Administrative Grade 2 * Salary Range: $66,768.00 - $73,811.92 per annum, plus superannuation What you bring * Certificate III in Warehouse Operations (highly desirable). * Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse functions within a large organisation. * Good written and verbal communication skills, with solid computer literacy. * Well-developed time management and organisational skills. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Current Victorian Driver's Licence (manual preferred). * Forklift licence (advantageous).
