Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a pivotal member of our recruitment team, you will play a key role in identifying and acquiring top talent. This high-volume position requires running and managing service desk roles, as well as overseeing traineeship programs and cadetship recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough briefings to support resourcing needs
* Manage the entire recruitment process, from advertising to candidate assessment and onboarding
* Evaluate candidates thoroughly
* Organize and facilitate assessment centers and traineeship programs
* Utilize industry-standard tools for effective recruitment
* Collaborate closely with managers to provide regular updates
* Manage external candidates throughout the hiring process
* Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks in line with company standards
* Support internal and external events promoting the TA and early careers function
* Assist with projects as required
Essential Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a recruitment advisory role supporting early careers
* Ability to handle high-volume applications while providing a seamless experience for both managers and candidates
* Familiarity with Pageup would be highly beneficial
* Presentation skills, particularly when presenting to a room of young professionals
* Strong stakeholder management
* Precision organization
* Attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
