Program Overview
The finance graduate programme is a three-year rotational initiative that combines academic study with hands-on experience. Participants will pursue the prestigious ICAS Chartered Accountancy qualification while working across various finance areas of the organisation.
This programme offers a unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience in a FTSE 100 finance team, working alongside experts in each of the chosen finance areas. You will have the chance to build your network and develop your financial acumen through exposure to key stakeholders within the group.
Throughout the programme, you will have dedicated time off for learning and exams, allowing you to complete your studies and work experience simultaneously. You will also have opportunities to meet our finance and business leaders, as well as occasional visits to some of our energy assets.

Requirements
To join the programme, you must have gained or be predicted to achieve a 2:1 Honours Degree in any discipline. You should demonstrate alignment with our core values and have a genuine passion and interest in the energy sector.
Our graduates are agile in their thinking and seek to address knowledge gaps. You should be comfortable working to and setting stretching individual targets and using your own initiative to overcome challenges.
