* Influence structural outcomes early, including buildability, staging, methodology and consultant coordination
* Complex project environment involving demolition, live interfaces and staged construction works
The Role
* Provide structural engineering input across townhouse, apartment and mixed use developments
* Review structural designs, drawings and documentation throughout planning and delivery phases
* Coordinate with external consultants, architects and construction teams to ensure practical outcomes
* Support buildability reviews, methodology discussions and value engineering initiatives
* Contribute technical advice during procurement, construction and project delivery phases
* Monitor structural compliance, quality and coordination across active projects
The Criteria
* Structural engineering experience across vertical buildings projects, ideally up to 10 storeys
* Experience with refurbishment or existing building projects viewed favourably
* Exposure to commercial, apartment and/or mixed use developments
* Comfortable working across both design coordination and practical project delivery
* Ability to communicate confidently with consultants, builders and internal stakeholders
* Understanding of buildability and construction methodologies
