About the opportunity
We're looking for an Administration Assistant to support our team across the Sunshine Coast and Moreton regions! This entry level role is well suited to someone who is organised, eager to learn and ready to support our project and on-site teams in delivering essential water infrastructure.
You'll be involved in a variety of day‐to‐day administrative tasks that help keep our operations running smoothly, while gaining practical experience in a construction‐focused environment.
Some of your day‐to‐day duties will include (but are not limited to):
* Updating registers, maintaining accurate records and completing data entry
* Organising, preparing and managing documentation in both digital and physical formats (including printing, scanning, collating and filing).
* Providing general administrative support to project, site and office teams
* Assisting with inter‐office coordination to ensure smooth information flow
* Supporting the broader Abergeldie Project Administration team as required
What you'll bring to the team
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be highly organised and proactive, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment
* Have experience in an administrative role/function (construction well regarded but not essential), and a strong interest in developing within the construction industry
* Bring excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop, manage and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
* Demonstrate confidence using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
