Job Description
Freshwater Quality Management Group (trading as Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments, The PumpHouse Restaurant & Bungle Bungle Savannah lodge) is currently looking for team members to work in stunning Kununurra and Purnululu National Park (Bungle Bungle Savannah Lodge). We currently have 7 positions available for Cooks to work on a casual fixed term basis for 6 – 9 months commencing February, March, April and May 2026. We are looking for Cooks who can commit to the following duties:
- Assisting in food production across breakfast, lunch and dinner service periods (as rostered
- Assisting as necessary with other basic kitchen cleaning and hygiene duties as directed
- Stock rotation
Requirements:
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
- A positive and friendly personality with a good level of English communication skills
- A willingness to learn and comply with safe work practices is essential
Training with the ability to further upskill is offered. The positions available are casual (minimum 30 hours per week). Hourly rates in line with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020 (Level 4) apply. Only applications including a resume and current contact details will be considered.
