Responsibilities
Provide Technical Leadership
Deliver expert input across geotechnical, structural, hydraulic, design, and construction management disciplines.
Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
Support Client Engagement & Business Development
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Lead proposal development and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Support Team Development
Mentor and support junior engineers.
Foster a collaborative and high‑performing team culture.
Drive Project Delivery
Identify and pursue new opportunities.
Support site‑based assignments during construction phases as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
RPEQ registration (or commitment to attain).
Seasoned professional with in‑depth understanding of dams engineering (geotechnical, structural, hydraulic).
Proven experience in design and/or construction management.
Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.
