Job Title: Tenant Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Tenant Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance and repairs on our tenant sites across various industries and locations.
The ideal candidate will have relevant trade qualifications and/or experience in maintaining equipment and facilities. They must also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting regular site visits to inspect and maintain equipment and facilities
* Performing routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and preventative works
* Assisting other trades as needed to ensure timely completion of projects
* Ensuring all activities adhere to moral, ethical, and legal standards, maintaining best practices
Requirements:
* Relevant trade qualification and/or experience in maintenance
* Current Australian Driver's License
* White Card
* National Police Check within the last 12 months
* Knowledge of maintenance processes and workplace health and safety regulations
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
