Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in construction or engineering?

About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end oversight of multiple concurrent construction projects and contracts. You will lead safety initiatives, manage subcontractor performance, establish and track budgets, and represent the company in high-stakes discussions with clients. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to bids and proposals for future works.
This is more than just a coordination role – it's about owning delivery outcomes, making strategic decisions, and supporting a high-performance culture.
What You'll Do
* Develop project structures, scopes, and baseline schedules
* Monitor key performance indicators and contractual deliverables
* Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with project milestones
* Establish and manage operating budgets in collaboration with clients and internal teams
* Prepare and negotiate Change Requests
* Identify risks and opportunities, using data to inform and drive outcomes
* Ensure compliance with safety policies and promote a safety-first culture
What We're Looking For
* 5–10 years of project management experience in construction or related engineering fields
* Strong working knowledge of project scheduling tools and processes
* Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple active contracts
* Demonstrated leadership in risk management, safety, and stakeholder communication
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Project/Facility Management (or equivalent experience)
* Current driver's licence and White Card
* PMP certification (preferred) – support available for candidates willing to pursue certification
* Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background is a bonus
