As a Vistage Executive Mentor- known as a Vistage Chair, you will share your expertise with CEOs and Business Owners; curate and operate your own group of CEO's/business owners- facilitating group meetings and mentoring the individual members in their groups.
Responsibilities
- Delivering one on one coaching to some of Australia’s leading SME CEO and Business Owners
- Facilitating powerful group meetings that help members achieve breakthrough insights and performance.
- Selecting prospective members and supporting them through sign-up and onboarding.
Qualifications
- The time and the drive to embark on building your own business
- You’re a confident communicator, who can speak the language of leaders, get to the heart of our members’ problems, then help to solve them.
- You’ve got experience building and leading high-performing teams and outperforming goals
- You’re an independent learner who can help CEO’s develop and grow
