About the role:
This is a unique opportunity for a Registered Nurse to make a real difference in their community by providing acute general nursing skills and community nursing experience. The ideal candidate will be working with clients in their own homes, providing chronic disease management, wound and catheter care.
The successful applicant will have strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills, as well as excellent communication skills and a current Australian driver's licence. A friendly approach is essential.
