Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the maintenance and operational team as required in the day-to-day performance of electrical related equipment, and manage the non-process infrastructure
* Maximise the ratio of electrical proactive, predictive, and preventive maintenance tasks to breakdown maintenance tasks
* Maintain integrity through planning process and ensure work is aligned with plant requirements
* Troubleshoot daily plant and equipment issues through application of trades skills and fault-finding techniques
* Foster a work environment and culture with strong focus on safety across the team
* Develop an annual budget (R&M, Capital, and major repairs) that supports the maintenance strategy
* Ensure all maintenance and repair activities are safely managed and completed on time and within the approved budget
About You:
* Electrical trade or Electrical tertiary qualifications
* Demonstrated experience and/or understanding of maintenance planning, supervision and maintenance leadership in a mining, process plant or heavy manufacturing industry
* Experience in front-line leadership or supervisory role
* SAP experience highly regarded
