Workshop Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Administrator to join our team.

This role will play a critical part in supporting the service operations team, maximizing workshop efficiencies and acting as the primary point of contact for internal service centre queries.

* Accept tools for drop off via direct customers or freight (ingoing and outgoing freight requirements)
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
* Book incoming tools into warranty portal and complete necessary documentation
* Allocate tools in accordance with operational workflow
* Allocate ordered spare parts with relevant service claims
* Perform all necessary warehouse duties (unpacked/packed etc.)
* Communicate with After-Sales support team to obtain claim relevant information

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position within the Administrative function. The ideal candidate will have experience working within CRM and ERP system environments, possess excellent time management skills, and demonstrate a solid attention to detail.
