Key Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Produce Manager to oversee the sourcing and presentation of fresh produce in-store, as well as supplying it to our wholesale customers.
This role requires a strong passion for fruit and vegetables, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
* Presentation of the fresh produce section with attention to detail is essential.
* Maintaining high-quality control standards to ensure freshness will be key to success.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory levels and ordering to meet customer demand.
* Developing relationships with suppliers and customers will also be an important aspect of this role.
* Efficient team management and workload allocation will be crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
About This Role
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Denmark, Western Australia. Some weekend hours are required, and accommodation may be available for applicants from outside the region.
