Express Employment Professionals is a $4B global recruitment leader with 880+ offices worldwide. We're expanding across ANZ and are searching for experienced recruiters who want to step beyond \"another agency role\" and build a business of their own - with the backing of a global brand.

Our Recruit to Own (RTO) Program gives you a structured 6-12 month pathway to owning your own recruitment business - while you're paid a full‐time salary.

About the role

As an RTO participant, you'll operate like a Territory Director in training, focused on building and leading your own recruitment territory:

* Drive growth across an allocated territory in Sydney
* Build and manage a blue-collar temp‐focused desk
* Develop new client relationships via outbound sales, networking and visits
* Partner with a dedicated coach/mentor to execute a proven growth plan
* Transition into franchise ownership once key performance milestones are met

You'll be backed by a delivery team so you can focus on clients, sales activity and building a scalable portfolio.

* Competitive base salary - from $110k + $10k car allowance (Senior Recruiter level) up to $150k base + super + car allowance (State/Regional level)
* Commission structure that unlocks from 5% once you hit and maintain agreed milestones (e.g. 500+ hours over consecutive weeks)

* Significant financial backing and cashflow support to hire staff and grow in what would usually be a cold territory
* One‐on‐one coaching, sales mentoring and leadership development

About you
* An experienced recruiter (Senior Consultant, BDM, Manager, Regional Manager or GM)
* Proven running a temp recruitment desk - ideally blue collar, manufacturing, industrial (white‐collar temp also highly regarded)
* Comfortable owning the phone - confident in business development and cold calling
* Commercially minded, with a track record of growing revenue and client portfolios
* Hands‐on in style - you're happy rolling up your sleeves while you grow into leadership
