Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely loading, delivery and unloading of groceries to meet agreed delivery schedules. This includes managing SH&E responsibilities in line with the company policy and maintaining high standards of customer service.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to manage difficult customer situations and possess good interpersonal skills. A current Full Driver's Licence is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the safe and timely loading, delivery and unloading of groceries
* Manage SH&E responsibilities in line with the company policy
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
* Manage difficult customer situations effectively
* Utilise 'sign on glass' technology for all deliveries
