The purpose of this position is to assist Bright & Duggan Group to provide an advanced level of support to our clients regarding Finance across all buildings.

About the role:

* Manage accounts payable processes.
* Verify bank account details for accuracy.
* Respond to client inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
* Monitor and manage shared mailboxes.
* Perform daily payment runs.
* Sort, scan, and upload invoices into the system.
* Enter invoice data accurately.
* Conduct financial statement reviews.

About You:

* Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
* Exceptional attention to detail with strong data entry accuracy.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software packages.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Professional presentation and a collaborative team approach.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
