Bullseye Security Solutions provides professional security for one of the region’s most established licensed venues, operating seven nights a week.
We’re expanding our team and looking for guards who value professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work-life balance.
You’ll be part of a great crew — a supportive group of people who enjoy great music, have fun on the job, and take pride in helping keep patrons and staff safe while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
Pay Rate:
Minimum $33.91 – $74.61 per hour + Superannuation
(Rates vary depending on shift type — weeknight and/or weekend)
Essential Requirements:
* Current Class 1A NSW Security Licence (must be valid)
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) – a short one-day course
* Legal right to work in Australia (citizenship, residency, or valid work visa)
* Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills essential
* Professional presentation, reliability, punctuality and ability to stay calm and courteous

Important Eligibility:
Only applicants who already meet all of the following will be considered:
1. Hold a current Class 1A NSW Security Licence (active in-Service NSW records)
2. Hold a valid RSA certificate (or willing to do a local half day course ASAP) 1 day course
3. Hold a current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011 minimum)
4. Have unrestricted Australian work rights (citizenship, residency, or valid visa)
5. Are available to work weeknights and/or weekends as required
