Work Environment: Primarily office-based with travel to customer sites (up to 30% within the Brisbane metropolitan area)
Fuji Technology is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate and skilled IT Technician (Level 1 / 2) to join our dynamic team. If you're enthusiastic about technology, customer service, and growing your career in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 / 2 IT support via phone and email
- Assist with scoping and quoting solutions for clients
- Support customer onboarding and implementation processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across a range of technologies
- Travel to customer sites for onsite support and installations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in a support desk or helpdesk role
- Microsoft 365 Certification (MS-900 minimum)
- Diploma or Certificate III/IV in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Experience with:
- - Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration
- Active Directory, DNS, email migration tools
- Microsoft Teams Voice and 3CX
- Backup software solutions
- RMM platforms and ticketing systems
- Basic hardware repairs and troubleshooting
- Basic network administration including DHCP, VLAN configuration, and router/switch management
- macOS support and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Additional Microsoft certifications
- Exposure to other business software platforms
- Previous experience in a customer-facing IT support role
