Job Details
Pay Banding: $63k-$77k + Super + Salary Packaging
Not for Profit: Salary package up to $15,900 per annum each FBT year plus additional benefits
Operational Hours: Full-Time, Fixed term, 9am-5pm
About the Job
As an Employment Consultant, you will support clients in finding meaningful employment, building rapport, and overcoming barriers to employment. Your role includes developing relationships with stakeholders, assessing job seeker skills, creating tailored employment strategies, and providing pre-employment assistance.
Skills & Experience
Self-driven, resilient, and customer service experience
Strong communication and attention to detail
Computer proficiency and data accuracy
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Current NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain one
