TEMP | Reception & Office Manager | South Melbourne | OFFICE BASED ROLE | $30 - $35 + Super | 3 Month Role

A market leader and a well-respected organisation in the defence & security industry are seeking a Reception & Office Manager to join their South Melbourne team.
**Your new role**
- Visitor Coordination / organising ID's for visitors & staff
- Managing compliance registers e.g maintenance, couriers, resources, archiving, directories & phone lists
- Maintaining kitchen & office supplies
- General Admin Duties: photocopies and printing, office mail collection and posting, meeting room preparation, catering, binding, laminating, printing, raising purchase orders, bid support, filing and archiving.
- Corporate administration duties including: general letters, proof reading, training bookings, maintaining QUBE pages, archive maintenance.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum 3 years customer service or administrative experience.
- Competent computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional personal presentation and high attention to detail.
- Flexibility, willingness and adaptability to take on a range of administrative tasks.
- High sense of initiative and problem solving skills
- Able to work autonomously and manage several tasks at once.
