Key Responsibilities:
* Support clients in understanding their barriers and develop employment goals and plans.
* Source employment opportunities for clients.
* Help clients identify their skills, abilities, and secure sustainable employment.
* Deliver high-quality customer service to clients, employers, and stakeholders.
* Build rapport and support clients to increase their capacity to secure suitable employment through training and other support services.
* Implement a job plan with the client to support them throughout the employment journey.
What We're Looking For:
* Able to overcome objections and break down employment barriers.
* Effective strategies to engage with employers and build sustainable relationships.
* Awareness of vulnerabilities and the positive effects of employment.
* Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to work with potential employers to source employment.

Requirements:
* Full working rights in Australia.
* Current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
* Complete an Australia History Criminal Check.
* Working with Children Check or willing to obtain before employment.
* Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm.
