Their mission is to provide a holistic, therapeutic approach, centred around stability, to address the specific needs of children, young people and families in their care.The RoleWe are currently seeking a Workplace Health and Safety Advisor for a permanent, full-time position based at our client’s Beenleigh office.This role involves office-based work, as well regular travel using a fleet vehicle to various care homes across the Brisbane region. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.The Workplace Health and Safety Advisor will promote a safe and healthy work environment across all areas of the organisation, including frontline services, maintenance teams, and office-based staff. The role will ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety legislation, supports incident and risk management, facilitates staff return to work post-incident, and drives the implementation of best practice safety processes.
