* Ensuring quality and freshness of products.
* Operating and maintaining meat-cutting machinery and tools.
* Following proper hygiene and safety procedures.
* Receiving, inspecting, and storing meat upon delivery.
* Ordering supplies and meat.
* Keeping records, and inventory.
