This role is a full time position with two year contract from date of employment.
Hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
The Position:
The Customer Support Officer will be responsible for a range of functions contributing to the effective support across the site.
* Providing a range of general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, managing calendars and schedules, and maintaining filing systems.
* Meet and greet potential clients / stakeholders.
* Ensuring accurate entry of student enrolments, records, and databases.
* Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports, and other materials as needed.
* Assistance with activities and celebrations for the students / external business partner functions.

To be considered for this opportunity you must meet the following criteria:
* Demonstrated experience in an administration role.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* High level of proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new systems.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work.
* A positive, empathetic, flexible, and fun team player together with a customer-focused attitude.
* Applicants must have the ability to complete a National Police Check, hold a current Driver Licence and Ochre Card.
