The Deloitte Consulting Supply Chain & Network Operation (SCNO) team provides a dynamic environment where you will work on challenging projects across a range of client organisations.
What will your typical day look like?
* Work with a high performing team of colleagues committed to excellence, helping clients achieve value for money, drive profitability, and improve performance through supply chain and network operating models
* Engage directly with high-profile clients on their most important business issues, addressing and solving strategic and operational challenges
* Undertake extensive supply chain and broader operations transformation training, with opportunities for international assignments and secondments
* Utilize Deloitte’s capabilities in design thinking, Digital, Data Analytics, Deloitte Access Economics, and global consulting experience
* Work alongside Australia’s leaders to solve complex problems, ensuring a dynamic and engaging workday
About the team
Our rapidly growing Supply Chain & Network Operation team addresses market demands for critical thinkers capable of solving complex business problems, supporting value for money outcomes, and adapting to technological disruptions such as robotics and automation to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
About you
* Seeking a Consultant willing to work across multiple sectors within supply chain functions
* 2+ years of operations consulting experience in a Tier 1 consulting firm, boutique operations firm, or industry
* Experience working with or on consulting projects for top ASX organisations or equivalents in supply chain, procurement, cost reduction, operational improvement, or process excellence
* Knowledge of digital supply chain and procurement technologies
* Strong quantitative, analytical, and data modelling skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build client relationships
* Strong problem-solving skills with mature judgment
* Curious, proactive, diligent, and able to develop points of view on supply chain topics
* Team-oriented with a passion for developing others and self
