Contract: Minimum twelve‑month commitment

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic events coordinator with a passion for sustainability to work with our friendly, energetic team. Your goal is to inspire people around the world to build a better future.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and execute events (conferences, webinars, podcasts, and other online events)
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet event objectives
- Develop event timelines, schedules, and agendas for smooth execution
- Oversee event operations and manage any issues that arise
- Conduct post‑event evaluations and reports to assess success and identify improvements
- Maintain relationships with speakers, sponsors, and the operational team for future collaborations
- Stay updated on event trends and best practices to innovate planning
- Demonstrate a desire to create a sustainable world for all
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Events Management or a related field
- Have at least 2 years of commercial experience in event management (or equivalent)
- Show ability to run online events independently

Preferred Requirements

- Fluency in English (preferred)
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Proactive self‑management of time and priorities
- Self‑driven mindset towards building a better future
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong problem‑solving abilities
