What You’ll Be Doing
* Working on-site daily with an installation crew across residential projects.
* Assisting with panel and battery installs.
* Handling roofing components safely and efficiently.
* Using power tools and working at heights.
* Supporting leading hands and maintaining high install standards.
* Representing the company professionally on-site with customers.
What We’re Looking For
* Roofing experience highly regarded (roof plumber qualification viewed very favourably).
* Solar install experience ideal, but not essential.
* Construction background with power tool experience.
* White Card and Working at Heights needed (can be provided for the right candidate).
* Reliable transport to get to the warehouse each morning.
* Physically capable and comfortable working outdoors in Australian conditions.
* Strong team player who takes pride in their work.
The Package
* Hourly Rate: From $35 per hour (entry-level trade assistant)
* Higher rates available for experienced roofers or solar installers.
* Full-time, ongoing work.
* Vehicle allowance considered (if using your own vehicle).
* Opportunity to grow earnings as you prove capability.
