In this integral role you will be part of an essential team that provides general maintenance and carpentry to public and community dwellings.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete any general maintenance and installation of cabinets, doors, patching, flooring, or other fixtures used in buildingsOccasionally frameworks, formworks, roofing, tiling (desirable or willing to be upskilled)Use of hand tools, machines, or power tools as requiredFlexible approach to wider general maintenance dutiesFollow established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environmentAbout YouTo join our team, you will be a qualified Carpenter who has experience in a domestic or commercial environment, has excellent attention to detail and a strength for delivering a high quality service without compromise.
You are a key person within the Team, promoting staff morale while displaying a "can do" and "team player" attitude.
