Role Description
This is a full-time equivalent, on-site role for a Reservations Consultant located in Airlie Beach, QLD. The Reservations Consultant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing bookings, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with sales for charters. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls and emails, processing reservations, and providing information about the company's services and offerings.
